2. Why haven't I received an email containing my order confirmation?
 
Check your e-mail filtering "SPAM" software. To ensure that you receive important e-mails from PraiseCalendar.com, do one of the following:
 
• Add the "PraiseCalendar.com" domain to your e-mail "Safe List". If your settings do not allow you to add e-mail addresses to a "Safe List”, use the Help section on your browser or contact your internet provider's Customer Support to research your configuration options.
 
• Important account information communicated through e-mail may be affected by any e-mail filtering "SPAM" software you have installed on your computer.
 
• You must provide a legit email address so when we send your confirmation you will be able to receive it. We use your e-mail address to confirm your registration, online order status or payment confirmation, and notify you about event changes or cancellations, respond to inquiries and to keep you updated about news and information relevant to you.
 
3. I am an (Artist, Booking Agent, Promoter, Church) how can I get my concerts listed?
 
There are 2 ways to list your events:
 
1. Just click SUBMIT EVENT (no registration needed) but the event will not go live until we have looked it over and approved it. This process takes up to 48 hours but usually within the day.
 
2. Login to your PraiseCalendar.com account and post your event and it will automatically go LIVE*.
*This administrative privilege is granted at our discretion! Please refer to our form called “Promoter” all the details are there.
4. What is the service charge for?
 
Service charges cover the cost that the credit card company charges to process your credit card order. PraiseCalendar.com do not refund service charges. Service Charges also help to guarantee the refund of the cost of your tickets due to show or event cancellation.
We are amazed by the service charges our competitor charges and we take pride in charging only 10% of the ticket price. And most of that goes to the credit card transactions charges. So when you see a ticket price of $16.50 we have already include our 10% charge which is $1.50 (Remember: if you want tickets mailed to you, you have to check the box that says “Ship to my address”. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $1.00 for any amount of tickets you buy).

5. How can I get PraiseCalendar.com to sell tickets for my event?
 
Once you have signed up to be a promoter/member, send us an email and we will send you the appropriate information.
 
6. I placed an order but I did not get a confirmation number.
 
If your order has been placed correctly, you WILL get a confirmation number. You will get your confirmation number on the last page of your order and it will also be emailed to you. 7. What is a PDF Printable Ticket?
 
When you purchase a ticket through PraiseCalendar.com, we will send out a ticket confirmation email with a link where you can print your ticket/s right on your home computer printer. This system has a sophisticated bar coding system which prevents anyone from creating counterfeit tickets.
 
8. What is WILL CALL?
 
Since we provide printable tickets and tickets are also mailed (optional) for a $1.00 service charge mailed to your doorstep, we rarely use “Will Call”. Churches and other venues sometimes just set up a table inside the front door. In any case, your tickets will be held (Will Call”) for you at the Box Office. Some places will have their box office open an hour before they open the doors the day of the show, others open their Ticket Table at the same time they open the doors. Always bring a picture ID with you and don’t forget to bring the confirmation or order number from the ticket order confirmation we sent you through email.
 
This usually happens to people who order tickets to an event within 10 days of the event. NOTE: We stop mailing tickets 10 days before events unless otherwise noted.
 
9. Why is there no ticket information listed?
 
PraiseCalendar.com always lists all of the information we have received for each event. Often, we are only given venue information. If we receive more information about an event it will be posted ASAP.

10. I ordered tickets for an event, and didn't receive them in the mail. What should I do?
 
When you place your order through PraiseCalendar.com, you have the option to have it mailed to you. Just check the box that says (Ship to my address) Your purchased ticket/s should arrive within 7-10 days of your order. If you do not receive your order at least 4 days before the concert, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Don't call the venue, if you ordered tickets through PraiseCalendar.com. They are not in charge of the tickets that PraiseCalendar.com has sold.
 (Customer service is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so please do not email us late Friday or over the weekend for an event happening that weekend. We will not receive your email until Monday morning.)
 
11. When I order tickets through PraiseCalendar.com, can I choose/reserve my seats?
 
Yes! We are the first Christian ticket agency in the world to have reserved seating. When you order tickets through PraiseCalendar for a reserved seating event, you will be given the best seats available at the time of your order. You clicked the seat you want and that’s it. Unlike our competitor, they will give you the seat information days after you bought the tickets.
 
12. I am interested in purchasing tickets for my children, but the event I am interested in does not list child prices. How can I get discounted rates for my children, or what are the ages for children tickets?
 
Not all events sell "Children Tickets." If children tickets are not listed for an event, that means they are not available for that event. If this is the case, children will need to purchase the regular priced ticket. Normally, children over the age of 2 years will need to have a ticket. 13. When you say midnight, what time zone are you talking about?
 
All deadlines occur using the US Eastern Time Zone (EST). This is also printed in our User Agreement.

14. I ordered tickets for an event for one of my friends, but these tickets are being held at the door. How can I change the name the ticket is under?
 
You need to have the bar code number! And the name of the person listed for the tickets. Clearly if you know the bar code number you are in the door!
 
 
We do our best to respond to emails as fast as we can. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. So if you email after 5pm on Friday, your email will not be read until Monday morning. Normally you will receive a response within a day or two. We do respond to all emails we receive.
 
16. Why does PraiseCalendar.com need a valid phone number & email address when I place a ticket order?
 
We need a way to contact you for various reasons:
 
1) If the event was cancelled
2) If there’s a problem with your credit card
3) If the event have changes
4) To email you a confirmation for your records
 
17. I just went to PraiseCalendar.com to purchase tickets for a concert tonight, but they are no longer on sale. Why aren't they still on sale?
 
PraiseCalendar.com stops selling tickets 1 hour before the event. We need to take events off sale in order to settle with the promoter, among other things. Listed above is how the PraiseCalendar.com box office works. If another box office is selling tickets, you will need to contact them to find out when they take their tickets off sale.
 
18. I ordered tickets by mail order but haven't receive my tickets yet.
