     PRAISE CALENDAR (www.praisecalendar.com) is a division of Big Picture Media Group, Inc. PRAISE CALENDAR is an online-based Christian events Calendar located in Newton, KS. PRAISE CALENDAR provides a comprehensive listing of Christian events and information on the World Wide Web. In addition it provides ticketing services, ticketing resources, and other content gathered by PRAISE CALENDAR and by third parties along with a variety of other services.

Agreement with Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to every person who establishes an internet connection to PRAISE CALENDAR. By using PRAISE CALENDAR, you are agreeing to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed here.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

      PRAISE CALENDAR has the right to change or discontinue any feature of PRAISE CALENDAR and/or change the terms and conditions for using it at any time. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of PRAISE CALENDAR after that notice shall be considered acceptance of these changes.

Conduct of User

Lawful Use

      PRAISE CALENDAR must only be used for lawful purposes. Do not post through PRAISE CALENDAR any material which: (1) violates in any way the rights of others; (2) is threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (3) encourages criminal conduct or give rise to civil liability or (4) contains advertising unless PRAISE CALENDAR approves it in advance in writing. Any conduct that restricts anyone else from using PRAISE CALENDAR is prohibited. Some memberships to PRAISE CALENDAR allow the user to edit and upload material. If a member destroys or otherwise harms the information posted by another member, his membership will be canceled and legal action may be taken.

      PRAISE CALENDAR contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, some of which is owned by PRAISE CALENDAR and some of which is owned by third parties. The entire contents of PRAISE CALENDAR are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation. PRAISE CALENDAR owns copyright in the selection and improvement of all content. Do not edit, publish, transfer, sell, or in any way exploit, any of the content, either in whole or in part. Except as otherwise permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of PRAISE CALENDAR (and/or copyright owner). In addition "PRAISE CALENDAR.COM” is a trademark of the Company. All rights reserved.

Artists Information & Music Videos

All Artists information and Music Videos on our websites are the property and copyright of their original owners. All Artists information and Music Videos may only be used for private study, scholarship or research.

The copyright law governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user/visitor of this website uses a (photo) copy or reproduction of any material for purposes other then "fair use," that user/visitor may be liable for copyright infringement.

Uploaded Media

      No Person shall upload on PRAISE CALENDAR any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, without written permission of it’s owner. The person uploading shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement resulting from their actions. By submitting material to PRAISE CALENDAR, the person automatically warrants that the owner of this material has expressly granted PRAISE CALENDAR the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. PRAISE CALENDAR has the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any content uploaded to PRAISE CALENDAR.

     PRAISE CALENDAR has the option, at its sole discretion to decide whether to crop, edit or otherwise alter any media as well as remove any media from its website.

      Titles and descriptions may not contain any profane or inappropriate language. PRAISE CALENDAR reserves the right to edit all text submitted.

      Any Files containing nudity, obscenity, profanity, pornography, violence, and anything that is lewd or offensive in nature or otherwise inappropriate images will be excluded from the website. PRAISE CALENDAR reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any images/media that are considered inappropriate. However if this condition is ignored, in extreme cases, PRAISE CALENDAR will notify authorities to settle this matter legally.

      The submitted images/media must be the photographer's original work. The user also certifies that the images submitted have never been copyrighted or, if copyrighted that the uploader is the copyright owner.

      It is the sole responsibility of the submitting user to obtain a written release from any recognizable person in a submitted media file.

      The submission of public domain media is prohibited.

      Copyright of the media will remain the property of the owner.
 
PRAISE CALENDAR reserves the right to use all uploaded media as it wishes for display in all areas of our family of websites and on any promotion done for the PRAISE CALENDAR website.

PRAISE CALENDAR may terminate membership and remove all content posted by the member if PRAISE CALENDAR.COM determines the account as 'inactive'. 'Inactive' is defined as not logging in for more than 120 days.


Limits of Liability and Disclaimers

Use at your own risk

      People using PRAISE CALENDAR expressly agree that use of PRAISE CALENDAR is at their own risk. The user shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of his or her password(s), if any. Neither PRAISE CALENDAR, nor any of their employees, agents, third party content providers or licensers, warrant that PRAISE CALENDAR’s service will be uninterrupted or error free.
      PRAISE CALENDAR is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, computer virus, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. User specifically acknowledges that the company is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other subscribers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.
     User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PRAISE CALENDAR, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against all claims and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the user’s use of PRAISE CALENDAR.


User Comments

PRAISE CALENDAR reserves the right to edit, modify the context or delete text entries made by users. Uploaded text entries containing profanity, off-topic comments, offensive statements, html code or images will be deleted. Comments made that are considered advertising will also be removed; users interested in advertising on PRAISE CALENDAR please call 316.217.4894.

Ticket Ordering & Service Fees

Service Fees are non-refundable. For regular concerts through PRAISE CALENDAR ordering, in the event of a cancelled show the price of your ticket will be refunded, but service fees are non-refundable.

For other Events & Festivals where PRAISE CALENDAR provides order consolidation for third party promoters of the events, refund policies will be outlined in the order form, PRAISE CALENDAR will not be responsible for money collected. PRAISE CALENDAR server uses the Central US time zone when figuring Price and Ticket Deadlines.
 
Refund Policy
 
1. If you purchased tickets
and cannot use them, sell or give them away to a friend.

2. Service Fees are non-refundable. For regular concerts through PRAISE CALENDAR ordering, in the event of a cancelled show the price of your ticket will be refunded, but service fees are non-refundable.

3. If an event is cancelled you will be notified of the cancellation and automatically refunded for the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately, we do not refund service fees.
 
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after an event cancellation.

Return Policy
 
Any ticket/s purchased from PRAISE CALENDAR is non-returnable. PRAISE CALENDAR allows the user to read our User Agreement before using or purchasing tickets through PRAISE CALENDAR.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
In the chance of a show cancellation, our service charge is non refundable. If an event is cancelled PRAISECALENDAR.COM will send a notification through email of the canceled event and will automatically refund for the cost of the tickets.
 
Delivery/Shipping Policy
 
PRAISE CALENDAR Ticket
 
PRAISE CALENDAR allows its users to purchase tickets online. Once the ticket has been purchased, PRAISE CALENDAR will send a link that allows the user to print out a bar-coded ticket directly from their home computer. Each PRAISE CALENDAR ticket will be scanned for a single entrance to the event. The bar-code prevents duplicate entry.

All PRAISE CALENDAR tickets can be downloaded as PDF files. They can be opened and viewed using a PDF reader on a home computer. Users must download a PDF reader in order to view and print their purchased tickets.
 
Shipping location
 
PRAISE CALENDAR only ships within the 51 states of the United Sates of America using the US Eastern Time Zone (EST). The following states are:

Shipping Fee
 
Users of PRAISE CALENDAR has the option of either printing their purchased ticket/s through their home computer (please see sample PRAISE TICKET ticket) or having their purchased ticket/s delivered at their doorstep via snail mail. This option is available before they checkout their purchased ticket/s. Just click on the box below the User agreement (Ship to my address) and the ticket/s will be sent to the billing address of the user. Shipping fee is only $1.00 sent through First class US mail.

Entire Agreement

     This Agreement, and any operating rules for PRAISE CALENDAR constitutes the entire agreement and replaces all previous written or oral agreements between the parties.

Controlling Law

     This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any cause of action of any nature arising out this Agreement shall be brought in the City of Newton, in the state of Kansas.
