MISSION STATEMENT
To magnify God, to further and demonstrate His kingdom, and to help people throughout the world know and share His love by providing Christians with news and information regarding Christian Events throughout the United States that express God's heart in many ways.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
Praise Calendar and Praise Ticket help minister to Christians and helps them express and share their faith and love by promoting Christian Events and Christian Happenings throughout the United States.
1. We believe that the Bible, consisting of Old and New Testaments only, is verbally inspired by the Holy Spirit, is inerrant in the original manuscripts, and is the infallible and authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe in the triune God of the Bible, the God who created the world, who made man in His own image, who so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for man’s redemption.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
4. We believe that God the Holy Spirit, as revealed in the Bible, is a person coequal and coeternal with God the Father and God the Son. The Holy Spirit brings an awareness of guilt, brings about the new birth, and indwells the believer so that he may lead a godly life. The Holy Spirit strengthens faith, brings comfort and peace in time of sorrow and distress, enlightens our hearts and minds to understand and apply the truth in Christ and the Bible, and empowers us to serve God more effectively.
5. We believe we all become children of God by true repentance, by turning away from sin, and claiming Christ as our Lord and Savior. A true believer seeks to live a life according to the holy will of God.
6. We believe that faith is awakened and strengthened by the hearing of the Word of God. Believers strive to express this saving faith through the total commitment of their lives to Christ as Savior and Lord.
7. We believe the Christian life is lived by trusting in God. It is summed up in the two great commandments: to love God with all our hearts, souls, strength, and minds; and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
